百度 新华社长沙3月20日电（记者刘良恒）记者20日获悉，长沙市政府办公厅近日下发通知，要求进一步推广新建商品住宅全装修建设交付的应用范围，5个主要城区新供地的商品住宅项目采用全装修建设交付的比例不低于70%，而望城区、长沙县、浏阳市、宁乡市4个近郊县市区新供地的商品住宅项目，采用全装修建设交付的比例不低于30%。

They are assessing demand for charging stations and creating customized grid upgrade plans and charger layouts for potential buyers—all designed to eliminate concerns about charging access and give future EV owners peace of mind from day one.

This initiative is part of a broader strategy to actively support the nationwide push for EV adoption in rural areas. State Grid Nanyang has developed a comprehensive end-to-end service system. The process begins with township-level demand assessments, where staff engage directly with villagers to fully understand their needs for personal charging stations. Based on this data, combined with analysis of local geography and existing power loads, the company develops tailored service plans for key areas, including densely populated zones, hubs for returning entrepreneurs, and popular rural tourist destinations. To support this expansion, the company is undertaking significant infrastructure upgrades to enhance the power grid’s capacity to handle the increased load. These measures include optimizing the grid’s structure, overhauling aging distribution substations, and upgrading distribution lines, all to guarantee a stable and reliable power supply as EVs become more common.

Furthermore, State Grid Nanyang has established a dedicated operations and maintenance team to conduct regular inspections of all charging equipment. Ahead of peak travel seasons like the Spring Festival and National Day holidays, this team carries out special inspections at charging stations near transportation hubs. They focus on critical components such as charging interfaces and cable insulation to identify and resolve any potential hazards, ensuring the public enjoys an uninterrupted charging experience.

The results are already evident. Currently, public charging stations have achieved full coverage across Neixiang County’s central towns, and 90% of key rural tourism villages are now equipped with charging facilities. Looking ahead, State Grid Nanyang plans to proactively enhance the county grid’s load capacity. The company will continue to ensure that its power grid planning is seamlessly aligned with the rollout of new energy infrastructure to meet growing EV charging demand.
